CREATIVE WORKSHOPS INSPIRED BY CHRISTIAN SCRIPTURE

Welcome to CREATE+REFLECT

A gathering of people in Liverpool who want to explore Christian scripture through creativity. With zero-pressure conversations about faith, philosophy and life, and with no artistic experience needed, we invite you to join us as we reflect on God's word, and learn from the Creator, together.

In each session, someone in the group randomly selects a folded Bible verse from a bowl, and that verse becomes the focus of our time together.

In our very first session, the  verse selected was “Jesus Wept.” (John 11:35) – the shortest verse in the Bible – But absolutely packed with depth, it drew such an incredible and inspiring conversation from those in attendance.

We examine the verse together through a guided reflection activity, which then leads to an hour of mark-making and creative exploration in response. All are welcome.

WEEKLY GROUP

We run a group that runs every Monday for 6 weeks, with a 4 week break between each new group. You can choose to drop-in for a single session, or commit to the full 6 weeks. Our current group will come to a close on Monday 10th August, with the next block beginning Thursday 10th September.

ONE-OFF EVENTS

We're really interested in exploring how we can deliver our group sessions as one-off experience events. If you would like to have a chat with us about hosting a CREATE+REFLECT session in your setting, please do get in touch.
